PM services overseeing progress of the CMP review and continued stakeholder engagement
Managed stakeholder engagement and design team appointment to deliver options appraisal for repairs and conservation of the Heritage at Risk Grade II listed grotto structure. Fostered agreement on the chosen option and supported the internal budget approval process. Oversaw the delivery of detailed design/specifications and the listed building consent application.
PM services for internal and external repair to clergy property
Leading negotiation of repair liabilities during school merger; appointing and overseeing design phase, obtaining statutory approval for works to Grade II* listed building, overseeing first summer construction phase

Managed all property & collection-related aspects of each Lumiere light festival and the blockbuster filming, including statutory permissions, fire safety and security aspects
Managed all stages from detailed design, via statutory consents to overseeing the installation of the new stained glass window and associated stone repairs
Aided by a grant from DCMS. Taking over during the first weeks of construction, I introduced project and cost controls for both the design team and in-house contractor, which ensured the successful completion of the three repair phases in early 2019.
